What is your role and how long have you been in the superyacht industry?
I have worked as a captain on superyachts from 2008, so over 11 years now. I have been with Manu for quite a while as a captain and love working with the crew and being able to take our guests on some truly amazing journeys!
What is your favourite destination and why?
After working so long in this industry, I would have to say Paxos is my favourite destination. Paxos is a very beautiful Greek island with crystal clear waters, nice beaches, traditional villages and a lovely small town which gives you the opportunity to walk, enjoy the view and explore the tradition of the Ionian Sea.
What are some of your favourite toys to play with onboard?
I like riding the jet ski and enjoying the freedom of the speed and the sea. It’s also a great way to explore the area around you – including some excellent caves I wouldn’t have found without the access of the jet ski!
If you could only choose one thing that makes a superyacht charter so special, what would it be and why?
I think that one of the most important things for a yacht charter is to make your customers enjoy their holidays, provide them with excellent hospitality and everything possible to make them enjoy their time away.
