Welcome to this month’s edition of the Sea the World Differently podcast! We are over the moon to be joined by fierce eco-warrior and ex-chief stew, Alison Foley of Ten Little Pieces. You may remember an interview we ran back in 2019 with Ali, but she was kind enough to join us on the podcast for a very special episode all about her efforts, and exciting upcoming leg onboard the all female-run, eXXpedition around the world.

Having started her career as a chief stew many years ago and growing up in Tasmania, the ocean has always held a very special place in Ali’s heart. It’s thanks to her travels onboard luxury yachts that she was also able to see the major issue with global warming and microplastics polluting our seas. This in part, led to her creating Ten Little Pieces.
